We’re a family-owned carrier that’s been in business since 2002. Our drivers aren’t numbers on a dispatch board — they’re people our management team knows by name.
Alpha Trans runs 200 company-owned tractors on established lanes between Ontario and ten US states. That means consistent miles, predictable routes, and a dispatch team that works with you on scheduling — not against you.
We maintain our own fleet at our Brampton shop. Our trucks are late-model, well-maintained, and ELD-compliant. You won’t get handed keys to a unit that should have been in the shop two weeks ago.

Company trucks
Late-model tractors maintained on a 15,000 km preventive cycle. ELD-compliant. GPS-tracked. No owner-operator risk — we own the equipment and we maintain it.
Consistent miles
Established cross-border and domestic lanes. No sitting around waiting for a load. Our dispatch plans ahead — your next load is lined up before you deliver the current one.
Competitive pay
Mileage-based pay for highway drivers, hourly for local. Paid weekly. No holdbacks on first cheque. Bonuses for clean driving records and tenure.
Cross-border routes
Ontario to California, Texas, Illinois, Arizona, and more. FAST card assistance provided. Cross-border experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right driver.
Home time
Brampton-based operation. Highway drivers get regular home time that’s actually predictable. Local GTA drivers are home daily. We don’t promise home time and then dispatch you to California on Friday.
